Yoga

I've been practicing Yoga for more than 12 years and it's changed my life, the benefits are profound. As well as feeling calm and relaxed you will notice an increase in energy, tone and flexibility, better digestion and stronger immune system.

For me yoga is more than a stretch class, it's my baseline for an amazing, healthy, happy life. It's taught me to challenge and push myself, to reach my potential without ever taking myself too seriously.

My approach is called Hatha Vinyasa, a form of therapeutic yoga that is ideal for all levels including beginners. My ultimate aim is to make you feel better about yourself.

I teach group classes and private sessions.
